As much as I wish I had some interesting comments and hot takes on Tartuffe, I honestly don't. To me, it reads like most plays, though admittedly I don't care for plays much which probably has a hand in my thoughts. The only notable thing I can think to contribute is that I did enjoy the character development.
Most prominent characters have resolved their internal conflicts by the time the external conflict with Tartuffe is concluded, which gives the play more depth. Although I did not really enjoy the read, at least the ending was satisfying.
Did anyone else just not really enjoy Tartuffe, or is that just me?
Edit: Jacob Clabo and Logan Turner
