This was perhaps one of the most interesting reads so far because of two key factors: The Pope with his ideas concerning spirits and the vibrant imagery used throughout this work. The pope and his odd usage and claims of things that the spirit can accomplish was intriguing because its uniqueness as I personally have not seen anyone develop the idea that spirits can help with everyday tasks and goals of humans. Even though it was only satire the concept of almost Casper type spirits being real was very amusing to say the least. The other thing that this writing was able to get to stick out to me, its imagery, was so detailed and vast to the point that examples of it could literally be taken from any point in the story. An example of this would have to be his personification of inanimate objects, such as the sun which he wrote as though it was shooting its rays like it was a gun. Besides from these two things however, I had trouble extracting anything else from it as it was pretty hard to understand but I enjoyed it regardless.
